Malta Freeport Terminals adds new container services to European ports
Malta Freeport Terminals expands its container service portfolio by adding two new routes from Malta to European ports, including seven-day delivery to Felixstowe and Southampton. CMA CGM and ONE’s NC Levant Express provides fast service to northern Europe, the western Mediterranean, North Africa, and Adriatic ports. CMA CGM, COSCO, and OOCL operate the Europe Pakistan Indian Consortium (EPIC), which offers direct fixed-day weekly calls to northern European ports. According to Alex Montebello, CEO of Malta Freeport Terminals, the new services expand import and export options for local entrepreneurs.
