ONE has placed an order for ten new environmentally friendly container ships
ONE orders ten new container ships with a capacity of 13,700 TEUs to increase fleet competitiveness and meet customer demand. The new vessels, which will use methanol and ammonia and feature energy-saving technologies, are expected to be delivered in 2025 and 2026. The company is also in talks with shipyards and equipment manufacturers about implementing onboard carbon capture and storage upon delivery.
